I have finished the mittens to match my scarf. I am so happy, now I can start my felted bag. I only have to decide which of my 3 colors for the bag, is going to be the main color. The pattern for these mittens came from the book knitting pretty. I used Lion Brand Landscarpes yarn, the color Rose Garden. I used size 4 dpn for the ribbing. And size 5 dpn for the hand of the mitten. But I think that with this weight yarn a size 5 was to small because, it is a very tight knit, and my arms hurt from working with, such a tight knit. It is a Bias scarf.
