1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups butterscotch morsels

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease cookie sheets.

In a medium bowl, cream the shortening and sugar. Stir in the pumpkin and vanilla.  Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture.  Then stir in the butterscotch morsels.
