My Sister in law gave me an Amish Friendship Bread Starter. I baked my bread today in mini loaf pans, and got 8 Beautiful loaves of Amish Friendship Bread.

Quick and Easy Pecan Caramel Delights
1 bag halved pecans
1 bag Rolos candies
1 bag of mini pretzels (not sticks)
Preheat oven to 250F. Place pretzels on a baking sheet.
Unwrap Rolos and place one on each pretzel.
Bake in oven for no more than 5 minutes. Candies should be slightly soft, but not melted. Remove from oven and push a pecan into the center of each candy.
Refrigerate until firm. Will look like a small turtle.
Casey wearing the winter set that I knit for her!!
I am knitting the Caron Simple shrug. I have the first sleeve done. The pattern calls for 4 balls of this yarn. I bought 4 balls of this yarn, but I actually think that it may take 6 balls of yarn. I am going to have to go yarn shoping, and hope that I can get 2 more balls of this yarn.
I have finished Casey's neck warmer. This should keep her neck and her nose nice and warm this winter when she is snowmobiling with her Dad. I used a Lion Brand pattern Luxurious Neck-warmer. I used Red Heart yarn, the color pink camouflage. I am just sure that Casey will look so cute in this set.
I knit my sweet Granddaughter Casey a apir of mittens to match her hat. I used Red Heart yarn, the color Pink Camouflage. She just loves that color, and wears a lot of pink camouflage clothing. The pattern for the mittens can be found here

They were easy to knit and worked up fast. Now I have cast on a neck warmer for her, to match her hat and mittens.
My Granddaughter Casey loves the pink camouflage clothing. I found this Red Heart pink camouflage yarn and knit her a hat for winter. It is a fiber trends pattern.
This hat will be perfect for her. I am knitting her a pair of mittens to match the hat.
This is my very, very favorite mitten pattern. It is easy, it works up fast, and they fit perfectly. It is Bev's THE Mitts pattern, which can be found here

For Roxann's mittens I used Caron Black Magic, the color Lilac Dream. For Susan's mittens I used Sensations Bellezza Collection Cosetta, the color is called Dark Multi.
Both of these yarns are a wool blend. So they are washable and warm.
My Sisters are sure to have warm hands this winter.
My Son Dillon needed a new hat. My knitting friend Ariel had the perfect Beanie pattern. It was easy to knit and worked up fast. I used Wool-Ease yarn, the color is called Wood. I used Wool-Ease, because I wanted the hat to be warm, and washable. Thanks for the pattern Ariel!!!
